About

Marisa Verazzo

After a successful career spanning over 30 years in the television production industry, I decided that I needed a change. Working for long periods at a time and being on call 24/7 had become too stressful and unfulfilling. I’d always had a very keen interest in health, ageing well and general wellbeing, and found that my desire to learn more about this deepened as I got older.

I am now training as a health coach, and will graduate at the end of 2026 with a Level 5 Diploma in Health & Wellness Coaching. I’m registered with the UK & International Health Coaching Association (UKIHCA), which represents the highest professional standard for health coaches in the UK.

I have already obtained my NHS PCI Foundations of Health Coaching certificate and I am a member of the National Centre for Integrative Medicine (NCIM).

We are all beautifully unique and what works for one person may not work for you. I help clients navigate often conflicting and misleading health information and guide them to achieve sustainable lifestyle changes that work for them. Seeing clients begin to make meaningful, positive changes even after just a single coaching session is incredibly rewarding and reinforces my passion for supporting lasting wellbeing.
